一、我们如何收集与使用您的个人信息
1. 注册与登录

- 门店（组织）与成员管理：处理门店名称、成员关系、角色权限、备注等信息。

设备接入与控制：依据具体设备类型处理必要的设备识别信息（如型号、序列号或网络标识等）、运行状态与操作记录，用于设备绑定、连接、控制与记录展示。
4. 权限申请及用途（基于您的授权）
- 摄像头：扫码配网、拍摄与上传图片等。
- 麦克风：拍摄录制或特定设备交互中的音频能力（如适用）。
- 照片/媒体/文件：选择、保存与上传图片或文件（头像、记录等）。

列表、辅助设备配网、识别区域、场景自动化（部分系统/版本需要定位权限以实现 Wi‑Fi 扫描）。

Chenpu App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is issued by Shanghai Chenzhipu Medical Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") and applies to your use of the Chenpu App and related services. We understand the importance of personal information to you and will protect your personal information and privacy in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices. Please read and understand this policy in full before use.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
1.1 Registration and Login
- Phone login/binding: We collect your phone number and verification code for identity verification and login.
- Third-party login (WeChat, Apple ID): With your authorization, we obtain necessary account information (e.g. account ID, avatar, nickname, tokens) from the third-party platform to complete login and binding.
1.2 Device and Log Information
- To ensure service operation and security, we may collect: device model, OS and version, app version, language and time zone, network type, IP address, crash/performance logs, operation records, etc., for troubleshooting, performance optimization, security audit and version verification.
1.3 Smart Device Management Data
- Store (organization) and member management: We process store names, member relations, roles, permissions, notes, etc.
- Device access and control: We process necessary device identification (e.g. model, serial number or network ID), status and operation records for binding, connection, control and display.
1.4 Permissions and Purposes (With Your Authorization)
- Camera: QR code scanning for setup, taking and uploading photos.
- Microphone: Recording or audio for specific device interactions (where applicable).
- Photos/Media/Files: Selecting, saving and uploading images or files (e.g. avatar, records).
- Location: Scanning Wi‑Fi list, assisting device setup, region identification, and scenario automation (some systems/versions require location for Wi‑Fi scanning).
- Bluetooth: Discovering and connecting to nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Local Network (iOS): Searching, pairing and controlling devices on the local network.
- Notifications: Receiving device alerts and app notifications.
- Network: Communicating with servers, loading web content (e.g. agreements/policies), and data sync.
You can manage or revoke permissions in system settings at any time; revocation may make some features unavailable or limited.
1.5 Web and Document Viewing
When you view web pages or documents (e.g. agreements, help) in the app, third-party pages or files may be loaded and are subject to their privacy policies.
1.6 Other Purposes
Where permitted by law and with your consent or after anonymization/de-identification, we may use information for analytics, service improvement and security.
2. Cookies and Local Storage
We may use local storage (e.g. session tokens, language settings) for functionality and experience. Clearing local data may affect login state or preferences.
3. Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure
- Sharing: We share only as necessary with service providers for login, notifications, device connection, infrastructure and security, and require them to protect your data.
- Transfer: In the event of merger, division, acquisition or asset transfer involving personal information, we will require the recipient to comply with this policy or obtain your consent again.
- Disclosure: We do not disclose your information publicly unless required by law or legal process.
4. Third-Party Services
- Third-party login: WeChat, Apple, etc. (provided by respective parties; their privacy policies apply).
- Web content: Third-party pages shown in the app are subject to their privacy policies.
- Push/notification channels: For device alerts and app notifications.
5. Storage and Security
- Location: Data is stored within the People's Republic of China unless cross-border processing is required and compliant.
- Retention: We retain data only as long as necessary; after that or after you delete/close your account, we delete or anonymize it (unless otherwise required by law).
- Security: We use encryption, access control, least privilege, secure transmission and auditing.
- Incidents: In case of a security incident, we will respond and notify as required by law.
6. Your Rights
- Access and copy: You may view and copy your personal information (subject to law and technical feasibility).
- Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: You may request deletion where permitted by law.
- Withdraw consent: You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
- Account closure: Submit a request under "Settings – Close account"; closure takes effect 7 days after submission. You may cancel by logging in again before that. After closure, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
- Permissions: Manage camera, microphone, location, photos, Bluetooth, local network, notifications in system settings.
- Complaints and feedback: Contact us via "Profile – Contact us"; we will respond promptly.
7. Minors
If you are a minor, please use our services with the consent and guidance of a guardian. We protect minors’ personal information in accordance with applicable law.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time and will give prominent notice in the app. The updated policy takes effect upon publication. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.
